Mark Ashby Design and Rick +Cindy Black Architects, have collaborated to finish the renovation of a mid-century ranch home in Austin, Texas.

In-built 1955, characterised by its low-slung roof, brick exterior and pitched ceilings, the home had not been renovated or maintained in its sixty years. The brand new renovation included built-in wooden particulars, just like the paneling under, and terrazzo flooring all through.
