Paul de Ruiter Architects, EeStairs, and Dutch artist Jakko Woudenberg, have collaborated to create an eye catching atrium with a novel wooden ground for Krinkels BV.

The brand new workplace, situated within the Netherlands, has a big round floor ground space with two flights of stairs that result in the higher degree. Darkish and lightweight wooden on the ground and the stair-steps was put in to signify the growth-rings in a tree.

Following the curves of the atrium, the wooden ground circles the monumental tree surrounding seating that’s centrally situated, and extends outwards in direction of the inexperienced partitions.

The shut and exact work between EeStairs and Jakko Woudenberg ensured that the darker and lighter rings on the ground proceed seamlessly up the risers and treads of the 2 staircases.
